My favorite memory is planning and executing the first big event for the GVSU Chapter of NAACP as the inaugural president. Our team wanted to create an entertainment event that truly resonated with students of color on campus.

One of my fondest memories at Grand Valley is working on my first short film as the Producer. I had no idea what I was doing yet I felt so empowered as a filmmaker. I ended up making friends that are still a part of my life and my film crews!
The first snowfall of the season during my freshman year in the dorms brought several inches of snow. That evening, everyone ended up wandering out of their living centers and a giant snowball fight broke out around Kleiner and lasted for hours.
The GVSC mainframe computer was kept fairly busy for a while with my test runs of a computational physics problem.
One of my favorite memories was meeting and interacting with the residents on my floor. I enjoyed getting to know them and helping them as they started their journey at Grand Valley.
