You are invited to join us in celebrating Grand Valley State University’s Laker Store on Monroe’s first anniversary with a special Alumni Pop-Up event!

Acclaimed authors Dr. Tracy Christopherson and Michelle Troseth (’83 & ’97) will be on-site from 2:30 – 4:00 pm with copies of their book, Polarity Intelligence: The Missing Logic in Leadership, for sale.

After decades as trusted workplace leaders and organizational coaches, Dr. Tracy Christopherson and Michelle Troseth believe that the missing logic in leadership is a skill called Polarity Intelligence

Polarity Intelligence allows individuals to look at the world through a both/and lens to identify polarities or tensions that need to be leveraged, rather than only using an either/or lens and seeing all challenges as problems to be solved.

By understanding how to navigate tensions effectively, leaders can make better decisions, strengthen relationships, and drive long-term success.

Why You Don’t Want to Miss This:
Struggling with tough leadership decisions?   Learn how to see challenges in a whole new way!
Want to stand out as a leader? Discover the key skill that top leaders use to create success.
Love a good book? Grab your own signed copy and connect with the authors!

This isn’t just a book signing – it’s a chance to walk away with powerful leadership tools and fresh insights.

Come say hi, bring a friend, and get ready for an eye-opening conversation.
