Mario Day Competition – Join the Fun!

Celebrate Mario Day by putting your Super Mario World skills to the test! To participate, simply take 10 minutes to play and record your score. A Super Nintendo will be set up in the Multipurpose Room, and all students are welcome to play anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

How to Play:

Start on an empty save slot
You have 10 minutes of playtime, beginning when you enter the first level. The timer does not stop between levels.
Once you complete a level, you cannot replay it.
When your 10 minutes are up, you’ll pause your game and someone will record your score

Additional Details:

Feel free to play, cheer for others, or just hang out!
If there’s no line, you can submit multiple scores and try to improve.
Score submissions close on March 10 at 9:00 p.m.
Love the game? You’re welcome to keep playing for fun after your 10-minute run—just be respectful and let others have a turn if they’re waiting.

Prizes & Announcements:

The winner(s) will be announced on the evening of March 10, with prizes, stickers, and a special reward for the highest score! You do not need to be present to win. The Library will follow up with the winner(s) after the event.

Come test your skills, compete for the top spot, or just enjoy some classic Mario fun!
