Sokuzan, founding abbot and teacher at Sokukoji Buddhist Temple Monastery, a SMtM Zen Community in Battle Creek Michigan, and author of three books on Zen meditation–A Meditation Primer, 108 Meditations and 6 Dharma Talks, and Sixty-Second Sokuzan–will give a talk about working with negativity, followed by a short, guided meditation.
