8:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Presenter & Volunteer Check-in (Includes coffee, snacks, and vendor setup)
12:00 PM - 12:30 PM | Event Opens, Registration & Vendor Expo
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM | Opening Session & Keynote Speaker
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM | Poster Sessions, Networking, & Campus Tours
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM | Breakout Sessions & Expert Panels
